Data. How much you got?

Large amounts of data can cripple an application. When we set out to build Orderwave 2.0, we already knew the way data has the propensity to grow when you're running a continuity program, a multipayment plan, and tracking web-site analytics - not to mention granular inventory control.

We've completely rebuilt our back-end architecture to accommodate large amounts of the finest details of our accounts. Now we can store the minutest points about your orders, such as what portions of a payment account for shipping and tax, what user enrolled a customer in a continuity plan, what user changed the customer's address, and what did they change it from?

Because of our robust proprietary data-storage design, we can track this level of detail across your account.

A system that works with your ideas.

You may be saying to yourself, "Orderwave sounds great, but I don't need all of it's features..." You'll be happy to know that you can use as little or as much of the Orderwave platform as you need.

Over the years we've had clients that want to use Orderwave as their full-blown solution, and we've had clients that simply want to use Orderwave to print integrated packing slips. The choice is yours, but we'd like to encourage you to see how Orderwave can be a system that runs your entire business.

Access to your data.

Storing your data is great - but we bet you need to get your hands on it too. In addition to our intuitive user interface that makes sense of all of your data, all of our reports allow you to download your data to Excel where you can slice and dice it any way that you see fit.

We also provide an API - a way for your system to interact with Orderwave in real time to add orders, get tracking numbers, sync inventory, and more.
